Ok I think its time that oxwall started looking at optimizing the database as ours has grown to nearly 1gb now with tables like the ones below growing to over 100mb each.

ow_newsfeed_activity
ow_base_mail
ow_mailbox_message

Also the amount of rows the queries have to process now are getting longer and longer, most tables have over 400,000 rows in

We prune our members database all the time, anyone who hasnt logged in within 6 months gets deleted etc

Any advice would be appreciated
