registration. It could even be a plugin. The requirements are listed on the linked page under the compliance section. These need to be integrated into the site via plugin or core release. These include but not limited to Parental approval (verifyable), Parental notification (verifyable), including a fully disclosed privacy policy on information collected and how that data is used, as well as protection of that data, possibly encoding that data and only un-encode it when needed.
Just curious if this would be a practicle plugin or core feature possiblity.
Im sure one of the first things someone might say here is that people lie about their age. Thats why it needs to be verified thru parents an also the law says we are required to make a reasonable effort to prevent that. Once we have a reasonable effort in place we have abided by that requirement.
