I have a user who reports when he clicks the "Notification", "Mailbox" buttons and various other things like the tabs for profile sections, they don't do anything. He is the first and only member out of nearly 800 who is reporting this issue.
I myself do not experience any problems at all with the site.
Anyone know why this user might be having this problem? He said javascript is enable on his browser, he said he gets the same problem in Firefox, IE, and Chrome.

I do have the ability to "Login as user" but I don't know his password.
I logged in as him on his account, and I cannot recreate his problem. Everything works perfectly from my browser when logged into his account.

Jobee, then finding out this user's browser version and OS is the only way.
If you are able to reproduce the issue, you can then debug it yourself. Otherwise, there is not much both of us can do.
