I have a question about profile questions.
How can I create a profile question like that ;
for example , question is a "single choice radiobutton".
But for third option, in extra a textbox will view.
Like as in this images :
Is that possible ? Or what can I do another similar that?Thanks in advance...

Thanks for your interest but it's not helping to me.
Because I want to textbox be associated with radiobutton.
So; if you selected another option in question, you mustn't view textbox or write to textbox :)
