I have a member that can't respond to e-mail he sent me this
"it wont let me reply to email or into IM it may be something with my computer but i am not having any trouble with other sites"
no one on the site is having that problem I told him to clear his cache and cookies don't know if that will help does anyone know what the problem might be?

This member on my site could not respond when he got am e-mail could not right on wall he can get on the main page but when he clicks any menu button it won't go to that page. I deleted his profile and he joined the site again with the same thing, the site will not let him do anything no one on the site has this problem but him. Could this be his computer or something with the website?

Get the user to try using different browsers, IE9 (rubbish), Firefox or Chrome. Also consider trying this qiuck fix.
