My network has been working fine all the time but for about 30 minutes ago or so all I can see is a white page . I have tried with cash cleaning and new .htaccess file but nothing helps. I don´t know what is wrong, it went white after I installed user hints if this might be a reason?

You may have a problem with the location of the oxwall installation, I think it would be best to install it at the top level of your site on your server and not in an "oxwall" folder.

If I do this, how do I keep all of the stuff and my members that are already signed up?
Do I have to start from scratch?

when i go to : http://witchunknowncoven.com/oxwall/index.php
i have this message :

SQLSTATE[08004] [1040] Too many connections.....
i think you have a problem with your database sql, probably you have reached the maximum connection.
Look at your hosting company for the possibility to change this maximum.
Maybe you can make a backup of your database, and restore a old copy if you have.

I have, I installed a fresh oxwall in a subdomain and then I went to the database and copied and pasted my users and other stuff from the previous and now it is back up and running.

I recommend checking your server's error logs and contacting your host.
There is always an error behind blank page and it is very important to find out what the error is.
