Are there any plugins that can be used to create forms/surveys for users?

I was curious... anyone know of something?  it seems like it should be something already available, but I do not see anything.

David, try searching by "polls" keyword at our Store.

I was looking to create a form, in the same manner one builds the profile question pages.

I was looking for a way to create a page where the user could go, answer questions and submit them.  For instance if we wanted to get all the attendees feedback on an even we  ran.

Unless I missed something when looking at it, Polling looks like a single question thing. Also, polling is public.  We would like people's answers to not be seen.

is that possible?

Ideas?

David, I got your idea now.
Possible. A lot depends on where this form will be added ( to events, or groups or just on a separate page), but general instructions on how you can create the form itself can be found within "Skeleton" plugin. Download it, visit youristename.com/skeleton page and you will see "Forms" item there.

You will also find some other "tutorials" within "Skeleton" on how to develop things in Oxwall.

Some other ideas:

1. You might want to create a plugin similar to "Contact Us", and just rename/add fields.

2 Have you considered  integrating free open source survey/questionnaire scripts?
