We need a user verification plugin (like facebook,twitter,google+). we want to use this plugin to verify users with a appropriate verified badge.

you can do this by going to yourdomain.com/admin/users/roles add a new role called "Verified" and where it says label on avatar click display role label on avatar and change to a colour you want. on the user's profile you want to be verified click change role at the top of there profile and tick the "Verified" box as well as the default and they should have a little label on there avatar saying verified.

If you are not satisfied with the current verification solution you find a developer in the market: http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists or create a post in the Custom Code modification section of the forum. Probably some developer of community members is working on that and would be able to assist you on that.
