Hello, is there any chat cometchat the style that integrates with oxwall so for example I only allow specific User can have access? instant chat is very simple and so is in a tinychat page

Current Arrowchat appear in the list of installed plugins? I can select it so that only a few rules Users can see him?

As to restricting, you should create a certain account type, here: www.domain.com/admin/users/roles and then assign a chat service to this account type here: www.domain.com/admin/permissions/roles
