Could you restore a backup of the site and see if that resolves the problem?
If you do not have one you could try contacting your host as sometimes they make backups themselfs.

Ok brother, the have try to fix the isue, they even refer me to Oxwall Support and none of the Team want to help me here, for the past 24 hr now, my site blank page, let me ask them to restore the backup.

Support can be a little slow here. But they will try to help when they see your message. in the meantime i hope the community can advise you on how to get going again.
I personally am not that good at this stuff and no nothing of PHP so i try to keep it simple.
I installed my site through softculous and make a backup through that every other day. when something goes goes wrong i just restore the previous backup to put it right again. The day that does not work is the day i am done lol.

I have a softaculus and i dont know how to host the site i created wit softaculus ampps.
can you put me through step by step on how u do host from softaculus please

My host is Host for web but I can access softaculous from my control panel. I know its the same for Arvixe and many other host's.
I just click on it from the control panel.
