NEVERMIND. It was a cache issue with firefox.
running latest version. I deleted some of the pre-existing questions and added my own.
What i added:

When viewing during registration:

These are translations issues. You have some profile questions created in one language and have not translated them in another language.

Toua, you will need to enable DEV mode in config.php so that cache on your server gets cleared and deleted questions disappear.
After enabling DEV mode, refresh your site several times. This should solve the issue
