When I try to add the plugin for a chat, I'm getting this error

Also, make sure that FTP user which you use to add new plugin has enough rights to write into ow_plugins folder.

No, the plugin isn't made for oxwall specifically. Does it need to be?
The person adding it, the account, is the owner, so they should have the correct rights
