Hello.

Please view http://www.comicserve.com

Note that the user images in the block I've renamed "MEMBERS" on the left side are aligned in a vertical line.

Why is this?

Also note that in the "GROUPS" block on the left side you can see the group image for "Early Adopters".

However, now check the "NEWSFEED" area where posts are made about the "Early Adopters" group.

See that the group image is now broken.

Why is this?

Finally, as a sidenote, where do I turn off "Cuztomize this page" for the main page?

I searched for topics on these subjects, but came up short.

Thank you.

I use and prefer Internet Explorer. Don't worry, it's not 6. :)

Thanks for the info on the customization. Should I assume also that the images I mentioned look fine in another browser?

Try switching compatibility mode in IE
and/or
Upload the latest version of your current theme.
and/or
Visit http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/925 and see if that answer suits as well...

IE (no matter what version) is a sucky browser!

Having to change browser modes for a site to display properly is out of the question, so that's a no-go...

It's the latest version of the current theme because it's a brand new install...

The thread appears to be something I can use, thanks...

However, I have no need for your misinformed opinions on web browsers.

Edit: No help from the link. Tried what was prescribed - Seems the script is simply broken in IE, the most used browser in the world? :\

Oxwall has a lot of issues in IE, which will be fixed with upcoming update.

1) MEMBERS
Don't see vertical align in IE on my PC. All profiles are aligned horizontally. Any printscreen please?

2) GROUPS
It was already discussed. Here is the same issue.

P.S. Thanks Michael for assistance :)

@ Christopher you are right. I should not impose my feelings on other browsers and you are correct it should work in all browsers!
It is just my opinion and experience that IE sucks with Oxwall. I do in fact test my site on Firefox, Chrome and IE to make sure it works fine.

Your site looks OK to me in IE.
(Ignore the "Nero Install msg at the bottom)

If I toggle compatibility view in IE the site will switch from correct to "Inline avatars".

Hi,
Has there been any more discussion about IE and Image Slider?
Is there any other alternative? Id sure like it to work in all browsers.
How about some other embedded option? Any ideas?

Unless I put IE into compat mode, the images never show up.
