Tiwakar, just in case, can you make sure that all of your plugins are up to date.
Also, which browser are you using?

i am trying all chrome, firefox. now checked and found that i cant drag any of the widget, its showing same error

@mukoviszidose this problem is happen when you not update themes, please update your themes and this issue will resolved
