I have also see the too many redirects message.

the url and maybe other stuff is wrong in ow_includes/config.php

Guven, have you checked your config.php URL line? Has the problem been resolved?

 Here’s the mail I got recently when I get this problem again

The error messages I get are:

Chrome: "Error 105 (net:ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): The server could not be found"

IE: "IE cannot display the webpage"

Outlook: "The server name you entered can not be found on the network...Please verify that you are online and that the server name is correct"

 

I had tried safe mode w/networking before as well, tried again, no change.

Are you using cloudflare?

i have the same issue after using cloudflare. 

any solution?

Try turning off some of the features in cloudflare.  Such as auto-minify, and any customized apps.  

Let us know if that works please.

You can fix with below quick points

1. Clear Browser Cache 

2. Clear Browser Cookies

3. Update right System time and date

4. Reset Chrome Browser
You can follow guide if still redirect error still happening.
