I want to add custom html code to ONE group (not all) so my users can view what i can want..but the group section cannot be customize...how do i do that

there is already an option for that(well,almost the option you want)
go to admin area
go to this address : ~admin/plugins/groups
then just simply check Allow users to customize this page
the negative point of this is admin of others groups can add too
