I am looking for a plugin that users can subscribe to a service but without payment gateways such as Paypal or Coins and stuff.
At the checkout the user just gets a reference number and needs to EFT the money. Once received (or user sent a proof of payment) he will get another status.

Reason: In my country only one (1) bank accepts paypal with recicoulus charges :-)

And we just like EFT everything.

Any ideas?
