Hello,is there any way to give my moderators "permission" to customize the front page? without giving them "admin" acces? since i want to let them customize the front page without giving them admin acces.

yes you can change the moderators permissions at yoursite.com/admin/permissions/moderators

ye but i cant give them acces to the front page to customize it only if i give them admin acces

you can deselect admin and other things you would not like this person to access and select base
