Go to admin pages, you should see the tinychat button, just move (drag) it where you want it.

Also remember that tinychat messages are not stored locally on your server, they are stored on the tinychat server.  So it is up to you if you want to place a disclaimer on the page letting your members know this fact for their privacy.
