I'm sorry but we do not provide configuration services on SSL you need to contact the company where you got this certification or wait for other members to help you out with this. 

Thanks ross but it's not an ssl certificate issue.  The oxwall platform was installed with with https enabled but when the index page loads and youtube content is embedded in the newsfeed (external content) it breaks the ssl certificate or at least causes a popup asking the user if they want to see both secure and unsecure content.  If you navigate to other pages where content is served direction from the application the ssl certificate is fine.

this is as youtube video embeds are http and there is no way around it even facebook have this problem however you should not get a popup and it should just change your lock from green to white with a yellow arrow 

Yes, in Google and Firefox the lock changes color but in Explorer the security is broken completely causing an message popup.  Leave it Microsoft to compound the issue.
