I'm getting the following error and can't figure out how to change permissions to fix it. Google and a forum search have been no help so far.
You don't have permission to access /base/ajax-loader/component/
on this server.
Any ideas?

Try changing the permission level of /base/ajax-loader/component/ to 777

Thanks. That was my first thought but I can't seem to find /base/ajax-loader/component. Which folder is it in?

It can be found here /ow_system_plugins/base in your Oxwall installation path.

Thanks but maybe that's the problem. I have -
/public_html/ow_system_plugins/base/controllers/ajax_loader.php
but I'm not seeing
/public_html/ow_system_plugins/base/ajax-loader/component
