I have problem updating or updating from the Admin area. Under FTP Attributes, I have tried all passwords, including my CPANEL password, non of them work.. is there other ways to do this?

Hi Leon, I have followed all instruction, but still not working.. I installed the OXWALL inside my cpanel with Softaculous, does it make any different why its not working?
- I tried: cpanel username and password
- I tried: create my own ftp account with your instuction
Still not able to do it. Will it be possible is i remove the site, and install the site from start using ftp??? not Softaculous?

I have a few plugin need to buy, so installing these plugins same way as updating them?

Using Softaculous install your software, FTP can't locate them, they can only be access via cPanel...

downloaded is a zip file, I have to unzip in to my computer then upload it? but upload are only available in each files, not folder?

- Download the latest plugin's version from Oxwall Store;
- Unpack plugin's archive;
- Upload unpacked plugin's folder into ow_plugins/ directory (overwrite existing old plugin);
- Login to Admin Panel and click “Update PLugin DB” button;
