I dont know if you can consider this like an idea
but i know it can be usefull
its very need to admin panel has a link to member----IP
and a ip ban too...
some times bots, spamers, anoying people, and a lots of reason to ban a person
BUT here is just create a new email and thats it
he can create a new user and no way to confirm who is it
there is any posibility to set this up?

any way in users....add a IP connection list plus the email will be good
so we can know work/house ip! and block both
i have a meebo bar and a meebo msn client to my users get directly comunicaction with me
AND i see there is someone i ban still there (nickname on meebo dont delete)
and i dont know what user is now
is a very must have plugin
but really dont know how hard to program is
