I just realized this wouldn't work. It can't process multiple sellers at the same time If I understand correctly.

they all have different Paypal emails - if oxwall owned everything then it would be more than doable. Seeing as there are lots of different plugin and theme developers with different paypal emails it's not possible or so id think.
I could be wrong.

I believe it could be possible by initiating multiple payments if there is a shopping cart.
