I am currently creating a theme for Oxwall and would like to know what are the good practices of editing the ow_system_plugins files.

I saw that there is a "base" folder there, so does that means I can create a "custom" folder where my custom changes will not be overwritten when I update Oxwall.

I am use to do so in WordPress and though it would be the same in Oxwall.
