My core is v1.2.2. I backup the newsfeed folder uninstall newsfeed, delete the newsfeed folder in ow_plugin, install the new newsfeed feed. BooM! lost all my newsfeeds. I try to reinstall the old newsfeed version but old newsfeeds data not showing. Anyone know how I can get my old news feed back with this latest newsfeed plugin?

Did you back up your database?
You shouldn't have uninstalled it - just deactivated it. Uninstall removes the tables and data from the database.
