Donamix, do the search before posting, this topic has been discussed already. There's a user who has an invalid e-mail according to the phpmail function, who has "-" or "_" in front of "@" sign, Find this user in the admin panel and suspend it, after that you'll be able to mass mail.

Yea, i already searched that,

I have over K members on my sites

I searched by email in admin panel for -@ and _@

Both No users found.

You won't be able to find a user using only these symbols via Admin Panel, it requires full e-mail. You can do that in phpmyadmin. ow_base_user - do the search, don't forget to change operator in the drop down list to Like %...%

Seriously why can't you be more clear?

I've done exactly the same as what you asked me to do

it still did not solve my issue.

there's should be an e-mail in the error who you have to delete:

#0 /home/theopenr/public_html/naughty/ow_system_plugins/admin/controllers/mass_mailing.php(192): BASE_CLASS_Mail->addRecipientEmail then the e-mail you're looking for
