It's a scam guys. It's not an Oxwall script at all. The creep is trying to get people to sign up for his server.

Ok guys i used <mywebiste>/sign-in fo a sample example
Now i want to add a backgroud here http://wey5.com/sign-in , is oxwall script.

Okay, I was wrong!
To make a blue background, do this:
Go to Admin/Appearance/Edit Theme
Go to the section Theme Customization
In 1. General Settings, look for Page background colour
enter this code #D8ESF2
Click SAVE
If you want another colour, here's a few you can choose from. There are 1000's:
http://www.color-hex.com/
If you want the IPad to come out like in the example, that's a different issue. It can be done, but you'll need to know how to make a animated GIF.
