Can you please help me on this.. my forum link edit box has 2 different colors.

When I edit a post someone posted on the forum.. they just had the url but it was not a clickable link, I highlighted the text and clicked the link icon

I added 2 more photos to maybe help. It's in the forum section. If someone posts something and me as the admin click the 'edit' button under the forum post.
