Stephanie, I checked your database, as I said, the topic actually exists, but there are not post in it. For some reason, the user who posted them probably has been deleted or deleted himself from the website and there was a bug related to his post. Unfortunately we could not reproduce the same on our test websites.
Now, you need to delete this topic id from the database in the ow_forum_topic table - ID of the topic is 395
