Could you enable DEBUG_MODE. Then you can see real error message instead of just 500.html.
I need the error message to suggest you a solution.
To enable DEBUG_MODE - go to ow_ingludes/config.php and replace this string:
define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', false);
with this one
define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true);

Hmmm very strange
Now I can't reproduce the error.
Yesterdey I've had this error all the time and with debug mode I've found the reason for that.
