There is a new registration of a user, I found that he/she's a spam, and there is this problem:- Every new user defaults to basic account type, admin will then change his/her account type when they complete their profile. This spammer's account type is a link of a certain website, as shown on the attached picture, I don't know how he do this, I delete the user and after a few hours or days he registers again with a different name, I know it's the same spammer because he/she uses the same avatar, and the account type will be a link to a certain website. 

I really need your help.
