Could you provide more info about data storage (massage history): where it stores, how many time? Is there a way to erase or not to store data if site admin decided?
Translation
Is there a way for users to choose their own native language for its chat account?..If smb from USA chats with smb from Germany they can get native translation or admin should enable universal EN for all chat?

Data storage
All chat data is stored on our cloud network. The data is stored for a period of two hours after a user has gone offline from chat - so that if comes back online within two hours or navigates to a different page, he would see his previous conversations and follow them up. After the two hour period, the data is flushed from our system for that particular user.
Apart from this, we will provide a logging feature in future which (if enabled) would allow you to log all chat messages of your website on our server (say for a duration of one month) and the site admin would be able to download it.
Translation
We use Oxwall inbuilt translation system. Does Oxwall allow users to choose their own native language? If yes, then this would be possible within our chat too.
