Thanks for the help guys, however my issue continues. I only have the 4 default themes that come with Oxwall - Origin, Crayon, Showcase, and Darklet. Neither come with theme editing options to change the box_cap. the only theme I've seen that gives you the option to change the Box_cap is OWD Gwin.
I've been playing with firebug and firefox inspector for days now and here is what I see:
Firebug:
Firefox Inspector:
I looked at the CSS file base a few days ago and saw that there is actually a box_cap image in the theme's image folder. In fact there is a box_cap, box_cap rt and left images. It appears the box_cap image is repeated throughout the length of the header area and there is a right and left image to give it those rounded edges on either end. I've downloaded that file and changed the color, uploaded it using the same image name hoping for the site to recognize it and there was no change.
When I right click on the element on the screen within the browser and inspect it I see the elements controlling it however when I altered the background attribute it change the background of the entire site. I'm so surprised there is not more information anywhere to be found about it. I would assume EVERYONE would want to change the color of those header bars
