Check for the error with Firebug.
Currently, there is no option of translating the welcome box.
Basing on the above posts, I believe that option of translation of custom text is very diserable.
It's been six months since the theme of translatioins has showed on the forum.
Does anything has changed? Is ther any way to translate custom text?
If not I'd like to hire someone to develop it.
