How do I install the new update 1.2.4 onto my website if I'm using HostGator. Is there someplace on the site to update it or do I go into the files in my control panel and update it?

Oh and when i try to go to www.andersoncentral.net/ow_update/ It tells me that I am up to date but I'm still running on 1.2.3! I need to update!
