In my global permissions I have set most pages are blocked from Guest users but it still redirects me to the Login: sign-in?back-uri= - It's set to Available for Guest Members. I added an image of all pages which I have set to registered members only. I then changed all pages to default and still didn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If I understood you right, you have set now all pages available for guest and still you have redirect to sign-in. Is your website viewable for guests in here: www.domain.com//admin/permissions

Ok. I just completely replaced ALL files as well as looking in the phpmyadmin to make sure that guests can view the website and still nothing.
