MAINTANCE PAGE NOT ALLOWING ADMIN SIGNIN [Solved] | Forum

We have incountered this twice after clearing the cache fromm firefox browser
site still in maintance mode and not allowing sign in for admin
can someone please advise how to turn this off from server or another way to sign in and we will just discontinue maintainace mode.
Like we said this only happens will we clear cache from firefox browser

please advise

Simple. Just type yourwebsite.com/sign-in

To deactivate maintenance goto admin/pages/maintenance and uncheck the box

tried that ,it does nothing but refresh page
