no defaul plugins no problem
and i did read in store forum someone is getting the same error on try upload a plugin to the store here

You will need to increase a memory limit or contact plugin developer to resolve the issue.

ross i have increased it to 1 gb but it does not matter what i set php memory to they exceed it on try go to setting for them plugins
and i have talked to developers and they dont have a clue
