I am adding new contact us plugin but getting the below type of text of all title... what i have to plz suggest....

CONTACTUS+INDEX_PAGE_HEADING

please uninstall plugin completely, don't forget to delete it from available plugins section as well, and try to reinstall it again. For some reason the language pack has not been properly installed.
