What custom profiles are you referring to? Please specify. 

When you go to your profile, and hit the customize profile button. Then you can rearrange your profile, add custom HTML in boxes, etc. Sorry for not being so clear. I basically want to clear out all of my users profiles to the default, or at least clear out all of the HTML boxes.

all custom html widget profile content is in ow_base_component_entity_setting table

I have cleared it but users still have custom HTML.

I don't know what query you did, I don't have a lot of users, which is why I deleted manually and it works.
