Can someone help me Iam tring to let the user chose the site background so, they can select one or 2 from a gallery and that backgrounds are then displayed randomly. I already have a script for showing the images randomly but you can't chose witch ones are shown.

Search the store by "theme changer" keywords. You will find a plugin that allows users to switch themes, not exactly what you wanted but pretty close.
