I cannot get back into my site and do not know how to fix this? this comes up at my site address and at my admin page.. what do I do? PLEASE HELP!

the first message in the error picture say all what the problem is.
the login to database is failure because the login data is incorrect.
have you anything update in the DB manual over phpmyadmin (or similar program) or was your MySql updated to a newer version ?
