Now since the update every sent message has now showed up in my inbox and the list is INSANE because of the plugin that sends a welcome message. Is there a way to mass delete your messages? I mean going through 70+ member messages is a lot...

Yes, you can clear them via phpmyadmin ow_mailbox_conversations table
