What do you mean by through softaculous?

Sorry for the late reply, I was on vacation. 

I mean that I installed oxwall using softaculous. When I try to send an email using mass mailing, it won't send the email. Contact importer won't send emails either. I just noticed that the forgot password button won't send an email to the user as well.

They are properly configured. Still don't work.

Natch, one more thing to do is to send a mass-mail, before doing that, please go to phpmyadmin in ow_base_mail table, as soon as you send out mass mailing, please refresh this table in the database, to see whether the mail ends up and in the database and is sent from there. If it does, the problem is in your mail server and you will need to contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue.

Natch you need to do that as quickly as possible. You need to send out mass mailing and you will need to refresh ow_base_mail table right away to see the mail. Please do that again. If the mail is not there, please PM me your admin and Cpanel access details.
