Under 'Localization' on Plugin Development Crash Course, there is a reference to an Add New Text button on the <domain>/admin/dev-tools/language page. I do not seem to see this button. Has this page changed names? Where on the page might I see this?

You need to type this URL manually and be sure that you have DEV_MODE enabled in ow_includes/config.php file.

Guys, the link was changed since the Oxwall 1.8.0 version. Please use this one: /admin/settings/dev-tools/languages.
