Edward, as to the error you need to disable the plugin which is indicated in the path of the error,
As to the notifications, make sure you cron job is properly configured.

i have fixed but it's still showing this error and the user who are not loge out are showing online please fixed this error from your side.. i had given you my c panel and admin area access ..

In this case you need to delete plugin compeletely,
Members showing online, no notifications in the admin area, totally your cron job is not properly configured, contact your provider to find out which command to use.
