I have found four areas that this plug-in conflicted with and it was confirmed one is actually quite odd to.

Movie-Roll
You can't rate the movie and after leaving a post the comment box lags other issues rise such as not being able to delete comments or use the top user menu.

Questions/Polls
This is the odd one out, When you click the question and it pops up the smileys work just fine. However if you use direct link to the question instead of using the pop up the smileys no longer work correctly and has the same effect of locking up all the javascript://

http://cimmarian.com/questions/7 going to a link like this instead of using the pop up causes the conflicting error not the regular pop up method.

Ultimate News
This plug-in has lock up issues with the rating system and comments similar to the two above issues. Once deactivating smileys it works again.

Video Plus
This was another weird case I had to refresh the page for it to work right, However this to locks up javascript://

No complaints, Just letting you know of some conflicting going on.
