Any ideas why this is not loading up for us? we tried on multiple browsers..

This Smart Captcha image didn't load up either: http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/583 ;

and is there any way to disable it?

Instructions from that site did not work for me. I cannot find a way to unable captcha on signup.

Yeah it disabled the default captcha :)
