How do you upload advertising and videos? Please provide step-by-step instructions

Advertising:

Admin ==> Manage Plugins ==> Advertisi}ement ==> Settings == Add Banner

Everything goes ok, until, the Add button, even the path is changed...
befor the add button: http://iguala.tv/admin/advertisement
after the add button: http://iguala.tv/advertisement/admin/add/

It was under the admin folder, then it changes under the advertisement folder.

This is what the page says:
Not Found

The requested URL /advertisement/admin/add/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The first one, Advertisement, suddendly starts to act like this.
But the second, Advertisement, Im not sure it was after update the plugin.

Can you please contact your provider and request info whether there's some security module enabled on your server? If yes, please request to disable it. Then, see if the error persists. 

If there's no such module, please PM me your FTP and admin details. 

i have a photo battle script that does the same thing on try put a url in 
its something in the script that does it 
messing  with https if i set back to http  it works fine embed image in adds spots
